1. Our Commitment to Excellence
Every L’Éclano creation undergoes a meticulous quality review prior to dispatch. Each item is produced and fulfilled through certified global partners selected for their craftsmanship, consistency, and adherence to the refined standards our brand represents.
Due to the limited-inventory, made-to-order, and premium nature of our products, L’Éclano operates under a strict and controlled returns and refunds policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under verified and exceptional circumstances as outlined below:
A. Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible, you must provide all of the following:
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed outer package
- The shipping label
- The product being removed from the package
- Clear photographs of:
- The damaged product
- The exterior packaging
- The shipping label
❗ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
B. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item different from what was ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.
3. Fraud Prevention & False Claims
To protect our customers and brand integrity:
- Digitally altered, AI-generated, edited, or manipulated images or videos are strictly prohibited
- Any attempt to submit fabricated damage evidence, false claims, or misleading documentation will result in:
- Immediate claim rejection
- Permanent account restriction
- Forfeiture of refund or replacement eligibility
L’Éclano reserves the right to conduct internal verification checks before approving any claim.
4. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with luxury retail standards, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Limited-release or special-edition products
- Customized or print-on-demand items
- Items purchased during promotions or discounts
- Orders without valid proof of purchase
- Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
Once an order enters production or printing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
5. Refunds (If Approved)
If a return request is approved after verification and inspection:
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Shipping fees, customs charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- L’Éclano reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet policy requirements
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for personal preference, sizing issues, or style selection.
If a verified defect or fulfillment error occurs:
- A replacement will be issued based on availability
- If the original item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion
7. Order Cancellations
As production begins shortly after an order is placed:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted
- Rare cancellation requests may be reviewed only if production has not started
- Approval is not guaranteed and is assessed case-by-case
8. Filing a Return Request
To initiate an eligible request, contact:

- Full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Required photos and unboxing video (if applicable)
Our Customer Experience Team typically responds within 2–3 business days.
9. Authenticity & Quality Assurance
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from odor, damage, or tampering
Any product failing inspection will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
10. Global Fulfillment Notice
Our products are fulfilled through certified international partners. Variations in:
- Transit times
- Customs clearance
- Regional handling
- Packaging format
do not qualify as defects or grounds for refunds.
11. Discretion Clause
L’Éclano retains full and final discretion to approve or deny any return, refund, replacement, or cancellation request, even if eligibility criteria appear to be met.
All decisions are made in the interest of product integrity, customer fairness, and brand protection.
