2. Fulfillment & Dispatch
Once an order is successfully placed:
- Preparation and dispatch typically require 1–3 business days
- During peak seasons or high-volume periods, additional processing time may apply
- Orders are dispatched directly from our approved international fulfillment facilities
Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and regional logistics conditions:
- India: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Middle East & Asia-Pacific: 6–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier congestion, regional holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds.
4. Shipping Costs & Duties

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

- Courier details
- Estimated delivery updates
Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
6. Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If delivery fails due to:

- Recipient unavailability
- Failure to accept or collect the shipment
The package may be returned to the fulfillment facility.
In such cases:
- Reshipment may be arranged upon request
- Additional shipping fees may apply
- Refunds will not be issued for failed delivery due to address errors
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments
If a shipment:
- Exceeds the estimated delivery window significantly
- Shows no tracking movement for 7 consecutive business days
- Appears stalled or undeliverable

L’Éclano ships internationally. In rare cases where a destination cannot be serviced due to carrier or regulatory restrictions, we will notify you promptly.
If the order has not entered fulfillment, an alternative solution or cancellation may be offered.
9. Delivery Acceptance Responsibility
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier to the provided address, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Claims related to theft, loss after delivery, or third-party handling are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
